Monster.ca, Jobboom.com, Workopolis.com and others are probably the biggest job sites in Canada. Yet, recruiters dealing with profiles search often feel low end-results from these general job sites. High number of resumes are received daily but the amount of CVs is too big to be well effective and the recruitment process is paced down. Additionally, job posting process reaches too many options and these general job sites offer wide range of job profiles which are not so helpful to get your job offers well defined and targeting the right people. And job postings cost money.

Beebam.com

Our friends based in the Bay area leaned on these concerns and worked hard to launch something new and fresh. The result ? Beebam, a neat and clean job board for the web industry with fast access to information through well defined categories. Recently launched last mid-October, Beebam is still adding new job offers, essentially located in the US and especially the Bay Area. In a near future, may be Canada ?

That’s nice but Beebam is likely to be YAJB (Yet Another Job Board). Yes, but not entirely true.

First because this job board is  developed specifically, by people who intensively work in the Information Technology industry. So, no worries, they  know their stuff when having previously looked for job positions with their skills in the Bay Area and in Europe as well. They also try to focus for entry professional. This type of positions is often let apart within major job sites. Mid-seniors and seniors level are more attractive for job boards in general and recruiters are more likely to post offers for experienced professionals. Internships and full-time positions are displayed together at the same level in the search path.

Give it a shot and whether you need a specific talent for your new web project, consider posting on Beebam to add visibilty to your job offer.
